Course Description

The Professional Certificate in Professional Kitchen Stewardship is an online professional development programme that will equip students with the various skills in Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, china ware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, cleaning and detailing equipment's etc. Maintaining the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and hotel guidelines. The programme comprises of a three-month training session that will orient the student to the chosen business, and we will introduce ten modules to support, strengthen, and promote them throughout the program and also provide opportunities to get a placement.
